Hop to It! 2025

Proud sponsor of Hop to it! 2025

We’re proud to announce our support of St Elizabeth Hospice’s latest art trail project ‘Hop to it’!

The Hop to it! art trails will see beautiful big hare sculptures form an art trail around Ipswich, with local businesses sponsoring each of the sculptures and visitors following a route map and app to find them. Each sculpture is also auctioned off at the end of the campaign, with the project helping raise vital funds for the hospice and raise awareness of its services.

A a satellite trail in Felixstowe, Beccles, Woodbridge and Lowestoft will feature small 'stargazer leverets'. We have also sponsored one of these via CF Education.

Ipswich’s St Elizabeth Hospice on Foxhall Road is based near to the CF Group headquarters, and provides valuable care for adults with progressive and incurable illness in the community, in their own home or in the hospice across Ipswich and the Waveney area. They also have a young adult service, Zest, which supports young adults aged 14+. Two CF Group staff members, Jake Rush and Gemma Holland already support the charity through volunteering.

CF's AQA and Attendance Lead, Gemma, has volunteered there for 11 years and was instrumental in our support of the campaign, presenting the fantastic opportunity to our directors.

It costs around £12 million a year to run the hospice and its services, a third comes from the NHS and the rest comes from events and fundraising.

CF Group Operations Director Nina Livermore explains: “We’re so excited to be part of this wonderful project, which raises such critical funds for the hospice. It provides such important care and support for people living with progressive and incurable illnesses and we’re delighted to be able to help raise funds through the art trail.

“Our staff will be getting involved through our volunteer days and we’ll be doing all we can to promote the trail and encourage more people to get involved.

“We’ve also asked some of the young people we support to participate by helping us create the artwork for our small hare. We hope this will create a legacy for the group and its commitment to supporting others as we deliver our services.”
