Having worked with the team for the last almost 4 years, I know that I always have a colleague to talk things through with, and that they will always give you their time and attention. I continue to feel listened to, supported and appreciated. All the team are approachable and respond in such a timely manner; whether its via e-mail or telephone. I am registered with other agencies, but do tend to favour CF Social Work because of the friendly nature of the team and the high level of support I receive.

Coming from education as a full-time teacher, this company is a breath of fresh air. The young people we work with are a priority for every choice the company makes and staff are a very close second. I feel fully supported and despite working day-to-day by myself with the young people, there is still a community with the other staff.
The pay is more than competitive and fair for what is asked of us in our work day, and it is so refreshing to work with young people in a way that prioritises their emotional and mental well-being.
