We're delighted to announce that CF Group has been acquired by Keys Group - one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist care, support and education.
The acquisition enhances Keys’ capacity to provide the broadest possible educational opportunities for children ranging from in-person, specialist school-based learning through to innovative and flexible alternative provisions, operating both in person and online.
Keys Group has more than 25 specialist schools across England and Wales, alongside its 180 residential children’s homes. Our tutoring and mentoring services will complement the established alternative provisions already offered by Keys including its hybrid learning model, Alternative Learning For All (ALFA) and education and adventure development programmes delivered through its four Peak adventurous activities centres and mobile services.
Emma Beech, Chief Operating Officer at Keys Group, said: “We are excited to welcome the CF Group to the Keys family. Through our educational offer, we aim to provide a positive learning option for as many children as possible. Through our schools and alternative provisions, we want to help them achieve their goals and maximise their potential.
“For some children, traditional classroom-based learning is simply not an option. That’s why making sure we have the broadest possible range of alternative ways of engaging with learning – including the fantastic tutoring and mentoring offered by CF – is so important. Alternative provisions such as tutoring and mentoring give even more children a chance to learn, and we’re very excited to add these valuable services to our offer.”
Keys’ tutoring and mentoring services will initially be available in the East of England, from the North-East, to the South East, before being rolled out nationally.
In recent months Keys has also acquired three other organisations. ADHD360 offer assessments, diagnosis and treatment for neurodiverse conditions including autism and ADHD. And Mable, which works with schools, multi-academy trusts and local authorities, as well as directly with families, to deliver virtual speech and language therapy for children and young people. Keys also acquired Embleton View School, a specialist learning environment in County Durham.
Keys Group Chief Executive Officer David Manson said: “The exciting addition of the CF Group to the Keys Group family highlights our commitment to supporting children and families at every stage of their journey. Our two organisations share similar values and we’re delighted to welcome the CF team. I know that together we will continue to make a positive and significant difference to the lives of the young people we support and educate.”
Ross Evans, CF Group Managing Director, added: “This is a fantastic step forward for our growing business. Keys Group is a well-established and respected organisation that shares our passion for delivering high-quality outcomes for children and young people. We believe this partnership is an excellent fit, aligning perfectly with our values and vision for the future.”
