New key team role created as recruitment drive booms

January saw the latest addition to our team, with the introduction of Nile Francis as our senior recruitment and compliance officer.

Nile will be working with the wider recruitment and HR team under the leadership of HR Business Partner Natalie Scutcher, as we look to further grow our team of employees and contractors to meet rising demand for our services.

Born and bred in Ipswich, Nile joins us from a recruitment sales background, having worked for a busy agency recruiting nurses for the healthcare sector, with a specialism in attracting professionals with expertise in mental health care.

Nile explains, “I feel really lucky to have taken on this role, which is entirely new, and one that I can look to grow and develop based on my ideas and learning.

“I’ve been so warmly welcomed and it’s clear that this is a place where ideas and positive contributions to support our team and the wider business are encouraged.

“We’re in an exciting period of business growth, with rapidly rising demand for tutors to help deliver our education services. If we grow in a managed way, we’ll be able to reach more children and young people that need this specialist provision. For every town and every school, there’s a child that needs support. We need to build our team so that we can be the solution schools and local authorities need to provide that specialist support.

“My impact will be in making sure we’re attracting and retaining the right people for this important work.”
