Welcome to the team, Rob!

We’re delighted to welcome one of the newest members to our team, Rob Peduto.

Rob has joined us as the responsible individual for our children’s homes. This means he will oversee the smooth running and quality assurance of our four homes, supporting the homes managers and ensuring the quality of care we provide to our young people continues to both meet and exceed standards.

He takes over this role from Anton Clarke, our director of children’s services.

Rob began working with us in November and brings years of experience in health and social care. His most recent role was as head of operations for a healthcare provider in Norfolk, he has also worked as head of healthcare in a prison.

Rob explains: “I’m really looking forward to this role with CF. Our two established homes have such good reputations within the sector and are held up as good examples of care provision. I want to build on this, and also ensure our two new homes set exceptionally high standards from the outset which we maintain and grow.

“This is a very rewarding field to work in. Everyone genuinely wants to achieve for the young children who need us. Every child is different, so we work together across our entire organisation to look at what they need from us now, then look ahead at what’s next.

“We have a group of excellent staff, all coming together to respond to the needs of young people and I’m looking forward to building on our reputation as a trusted, respected provider of residential children’s care.”
