Tutum House

In December 2021 CF Group opened their first Children’s Home – Tutum House, based in a residential area of Ipswich, Suffolk.

Our mission is reunification where possible

We aim to provide a safe, stable, happy, and comfortable home, which supports the children and young people in building their confidence, self-esteem, and resilience as they progress into adult life.

Tutum House is a spacious detached house with modern and bright decor, benefitting from a lovely garden and summer house. The open-plan kitchen diner is the hub of the home, where everyone comes together.

One of the key drivers when the management team were choosing the house, was to provide a home where we would be happy to live ourselves.

Tutum House is Ofsted registered and can accommodate up to 3 children and young people of any gender between the ages of 10 and 17.

Tutum House's core principles are:

  • Positive structure and organisation.
  • Stability, boundaries and resilience.
  • A person-centred approach where the needs, rights and views of the young people are at the centre of all practices and provisions
  • Mutual respect, encompassing individuality and diversity which are celebrated and valued.
  • Ensuring the welfare and safeguarding of each young person.
  • Caring, nurturing and inclusive environment and home.
  • Active participation in all aspects of life
