Safeguarding

Our tutors and mentors fully comply with all safeguarding legislation, in accordance with best practice and statutory requirements. DBS checks are undertaken on a yearly basis.

We have comprehensive and annually reviewed policies which include safer recruitment, child protection and safeguarding, GDPR, a staff code of conduct. These are available to any school and trust if requested.

Safeguarding concerns are immediately reported to the central office and recorded. These are discussed with the referrer to identify next step actions for the professionals involved.

Attendance is recorded daily and reported to the school / local authority in line with the service level agreement.
