Hi, my name is Anton Clarke, I am the Director of Children's Services at CF Group. I am extremely proud to be in this role, leading a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to empowering young people and supporting them to reach their full potential.

As the Director of Children's Services, I am responsible for overseeing our newest department at CF Group, CF Children's Homes. Within our homes, we provide high-quality, therapeutic care to children who have experienced trauma, abuse, or other difficult circumstances. I am deeply committed to ensuring that we make a positive impact on the lives of the children in our care, and I am proud to be a part of such a compassionate and dedicated team.

I have always been passionate about helping others, and I am grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young people. I am constantly seeking ways to improve and enhance our services, and I am dedicated to working collaboratively with other professionals, organizations, and agencies to ensure that the children in our care receive the best possible support.

We understand that every child is unique, with their own strengths, challenges, and needs. As such, we take a personalized approach to each child's care, working closely with them, their families, and other professionals to develop a tailored plan that meets their specific goals and requirements.

Our team of dedicated professionals, including social workers, therapists, teachers, and other specialists, are committed to supporting the children in our care and creating a supportive and nurturing environment where they can heal, grow, and thrive. We are also deeply committed to empowering our staff to succeed in their roles and be their best selves. We offer ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help our staff stay up to date on best practices and continue to grow and improve in their roles. We also prioritize creating a positive and supportive work culture that demands collaboration and teamwork.

Our homes are designed to provide a sense of stability and belonging for the children who live with us. We prioritize their safety and well-being, and we are committed to meeting their physical, emotional, and educational needs. We offer a range of activities and programs that are designed to engage, educate, and inspire the children in our care. These may include group sessions, educational classes, outdoor adventures, and cultural experiences, among others.
