I'm not sure she realises just how big of an impact working briefly with J has had, she's largely restored my faith in the profession.

J was an absolute credit to her profession. In a very short time, it was clear that she was truly independent and here to capture the voice of the child and a fair assessment of the circumstances. Our experiences of social workers have not been harmonious and much trust had been broken. I have seen a lot of reports and none of them have come close to the quality, thoroughness, or compassion within J's report on our family. Many things did not need lengthy elaboration because she was experienced and perceptive enough to understand my child's needs, and my own as a parent-carer. I can't recommend J's work enough - I hope future social workers we work with will be more like J
